SIXTH.- Legal Basis for Processing.

SEVENTH.- Recipients of the data.

In some cases, only when necessary, PHARMAMEL, S.A. will share user data with third parties.

Interested parties guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated. The interested party agrees to provide complete and accurate information.

PHARMAMEL, S.A. is not responsible for the truthfulness of information not produced by the organization and for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no responsibility for any potential damages that may arise from the use of such information.

PHARMAMEL, S.A. is exempt from liability for any damage or loss that the interested party may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in information from sources outside the organization.

NINTH.- Data Retention Periods

Data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to the questions raised.

PHARMAMEL, S.A. will inform all users that the collection of certain personal data is not mandatory, except in the fields where otherwise indicated.
